Studio CDX by Ascent builds and manages large, content-heavy websites for corporates, NGOs and government / quasi-government organisations. These platforms involve multiple stakeholders, continuous updates and a strong focus on both design quality and functional reliability.
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood, documented and executed. You will work closely with designers and development teams to translate client needs into structured tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
This is a client-facing, coordination-heavy role that requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing ongoing communication and relationship building.
- Understand client requirements in detail and document them clearly in structured formats with no ambiguity.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure accurate translation of requirements into execution.
- Track project progress, follow up with internal teams and ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Review deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations before sharing.
- Manage feedback loops, revisions and ongoing updates across client websites.
- Maintain organised records of requirements, discussions and project updates.
- You enjoy interacting with clients and understanding what they actually need beyond surface-level requirements.
- You are highly detail-oriented and comfortable documenting requirements in a structured, comprehensive manner.
